Podcast: Warriors Hoping to Close Out Series

LeBron James WallpaperThe Warriors are just a win away from knocking out Cleveland in the NBA Finals for the second consecutive season.

Only a pair of hurdles remain.

The team will have to play Monday night without All-Star forward Draymond Green, as he drew a one game suspension after accumulating his fourth flagrant foul of the 2016 playoffs, just the second time all season he hasn’t been in the lineup for Golden State.

The other obstacle is LeBron James, the same force the league has had to overcome to claim a championship for nearly a decade.

James has been in the NBA Finals for each of the past six years and has emerged as one of the most complete performers ever to play on the championship stage.

In 37 career games in the title round, James has averaged 26.2 points, 9.8 rebounds and 7.0 assists a night, but has yet to achieve a goal that has eluded him throughout his career: bringing a championship to the city of Cleveland.

Despite his individual brilliance, both of the championships James has won came during his time with the Heat.

James is hoping to hand Golden State just their second home loss in 12 tries this post season, a tall order for a team that has struggled to find its offense for a majority of the series.

In our latest podcast, we explore the key points for Game 5, ponder some off season moves for the Cavaliers and much more.
