Numerous first year players will be receiving an opportunity to play consistent minutes their first year in the league and they have proven to be up for the challenge of playing in the league during the Las Vegas tournament.

The top selections of the 2015 NBA Draft have been able to provide the desired results in Summer League, but the draft class is proving to be exceptionally deep. 

Denver will likely turn the starting point guard job over to Emmanuel Mudiay, the seventh overall selection, from the start of training camp.

Willie Cauley-Stein has already displayed the defensive impact Sacramento was expecting when taking him with the sixth overall pick then dealing away two power forwards to clear his path to the starting job.

Four teams remain in contention for the Las Vegas Summer League tournament, with San Antonio and Atlanta battling for a championship spot against the winner between Phoenix and New Orleans Sunday afternoon.
